- How to get my message across through different channels
- Going back to basics: using English in a simple, direct way
- How to organise my material
- How to deploy evidence

- Tips and tricks from the experts on how to ensure my copy gets results
The session will include a practical exercise and participants will take home a checklist on how to become an original, arresting and persuasive copywriter. Essential for anyone who wants their words to get noticed!

The facilitators are one of the UK's most respected education journalists and a highly-experienced corporate copywriter:
- Fran Abrams has written hundreds of thousands of words for national newspapers and broadcast, along with five factual books. She now runs the EMC, a charity devoted to ensuring good evidence about education gets read by those who can use it.
- Jo Davies is a copywriter with 20 yearsā experience working with companies and organisations across a range of sectors. Her portfolio includes marketing communications, short copy and features, web editing, video scripts, speechwriting and newsletters.
