Due to the introduction of a new multi-supplier management information systems (MIS) framework and continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Service Desk team team as an additional Service Desk Adviser.

 

The team are committed to providing high quality support and advice to a wide range of school and education staff, in the use and implementation of MIS processes. In this role you will be responding to and resolving support requests within the relevant Service Levels. You will also be supported with continuous professional development to ensure you have a good understanding of the specific requirements of the MIS solutions we support.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an authentically customer centric and positive attitude, a passion for delivering a great service to the customer is vital, and an understanding of the challenges faced by staff in schools. 

Previous experience of school MIS systems (such as Arbor, ScholarPack or SIMS) is essential, with Bromcom experience an advantage.  Service desk experience of providing software support to customers would also be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of, remote working and, if desired, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
