Contract: Permanent, full-time at 37 hours (5 days) per week, 52 weeks

Salary: Band 4up to FTE £30,000 p.a (dependent upon experience)

 Location: Currently remote due to Covid-19. Post Covid-19 will include 3 days in the Head Office – Stevenage and 2 days remote working. Full remote working will be considered.

We are currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our busy marketing and events team, to lead on the development and implementation of HfL’s digital marketing strategy.

 

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager manages a team of three, and is responsible for driving brand engagement through social media, email marketing and video content creation.  They also work with the marketing team to raise awareness of the impact of HfL’s work on the outcomes of children, through creative storytelling and manage the production schedule and subsequent promotion of all education resources developed within the business.

The role requires the post holder to be practiced in managing social media channels, with proven experience of driving engagement across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.  The post holder must also have solid project management skills, extensive experience of working with bulk email platforms, plus be proficient in developing podcasts and creating video using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects. 

The team are currently working remotely due to Covid-19, however following this you will be based in the office for a maximum of 3 days. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working. We are willing to consider full remote working.
