Location: Hertfordshire, with the flexibility to be able to access and work within schools and trusts in neighbouring counties as required.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead our Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Assessment teams, supporting primary schools and trusts in Hertfordshire and beyond.

The successful candidate will oversee teams of Teaching, Learning and Assessment Advisers supporting Primary schools and trusts. The post is focused on advancing curriculum and pedagogical leadership to improve outcomes for all pupils, and so you will be responsible for developing and curating products and services that can be delivered both locally, and nationally on a remote and digital basis.

You will already be a highly successful individual within a senior leadership role, or with a senior teaching and learning/curriculum background. It is highly likely that you will have close experience of school inspections.

Your current post may be within a school, a trust, a teaching hub, a local authority, or an organisation providing services to educational settings.

You will be dynamic and diligent, have a proven track record in raising attainment and closing gaps, confident with digital delivery platforms, and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire others.

You will be a clear strategic thinker, have a keen business sense, be self-motivated, flexible and be prepared to travel to trusts and schools as needed throughout Hertfordshire and beyond.
