Frank Suttie, Director, Freeths LLP
Frank Suttie is the founder of Education Legals – a consultancy focussed on commercial, intellectual property and data protection issues as they affect the education sector.
A graduate in both accountancy and law Frank’s career has revolved around projects at the interface between the public and private sectors. His early experience included privatisation and education intervention projects initiated under Government policy measures.
He advised a major service provider involved in education intervention arrangements and became an early advisor in private finance initiatives. His advice was taken by DfE in connection with the development of the legal framework for academisation of English schools.
Frank advises a range of participants in the education sector advising upon commercial matters. His Brexit related advice has assisted businesses in preparing for continuing existing and preparing for future business relationships in the light of the legal and commercial challenges that arise from Brexit.
