Who decides what goes in an election manifesto? How do they decide? Does it even matter?

With a General Election less than eighteen months away, the three main political parties are on the hunt for eye-catching pledges. During this session, Public First will outline the priorities for each of the main political parties and offer insight into how they will be formulating their electoral campaigns.
