About the role:
Reporting lines: Reports to Events Manager
Contract: July & August 2025 (exact dates TBC)
Hours: Full time (35hrs per week), Mon-Fri
Salary: £13.15 per hour. PAYE (LLW)
Location: Flexible working – min 4 days per week in Shoreditch office

We are a small, committed team working in a fantastic sector, where the work we do can make a real difference to the education of the next generation and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience working as part of that high achieving team, across all departments and helping to implement our digital transformation goals.
The Summer Intern will provide support in our office across our key areas of focus:
- Membership Services: Assist with data cleansing and input on our new CRM , and providing administrative support to our member services.
- Policy and Research: Admin tasks collating research data.
- Events: Support with data migration of our events and meetings from our booking system to another platform.
- Communications and Marketing: Update our website pages & social media posts
- Operations: Provide back-office support and digitising archive records.
Estimated start date: Mid July 2025 (flexible)
Requirements: Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK. Must be available to travel into the Shoreditch office 4 days a week. No holiday permitted during the term of the internship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong digital and data input skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
- Knowledge of website management (CMS experience is a plus) and CRMs.
- Experience or a strong interest in working in the education sector.
