Earwig Academic, a BESA member and leading provider of software for SEND settings, is looking to appoint two new Consultants to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in special needs education who are also confident using technology and comfortable engaging with school and trust leaders.

About the Role

The role involves:

• Responding to enquiries from schools
• Supporting and coaching educators in the use of the Earwig platform
• Presenting the Earwig proposition to senior school and MAT stakeholders

You will work remotely, supported by a collaborative team. Full training is provided, and for the right person, there are early opportunities to move into product development or management.

Candidate Profile

This role requires a unique blend of skills. Applicants must:

• Have experience working in special needs education in the UK
• Possess the technical ability to confidently demonstrate and coach others on EdTech tools
• Be personable, driven, and effective at communicating with decision-makers

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000–£40,000 starting salary
• Significant salary growth potential after two years
• Fully remote with highly flexible hours
