OxEd & Assessment (OxEd) is a University of Oxford spinout company launched to take decades of research through to practical application in schools. OxEd develops early education oral language assessment and intervention programs, which have been shown through rigorous research to improve educational outcomes for children.
We are a growing startup working with Ministries of Education, channel partners and directly with schools and districts globally, with customers in the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Paraguay and the Middle East. We are in the fortunate position of having an established and robust research base demonstrating the efficacy of our products.
As we look to drive growth and ensure as many students can benefit from our assessment and intervention programme as possible, we’re looking to hire a Marketing Campaigns Manager, responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support our sales teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Research to ensure campaigns are impactful, measurable, and directly support business goals. While this role will support campaigns in all territories, the US will be a priority as this is a key growth market for us.
You’ll be joining a small but growing marketing team so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. This is an exciting time to join OxEd as your work will directly influence the growth of the company. You’ll be joining a mission-led organization with an ambition to improve education outcomes for as many children as possible.
This is a full time role, working remotely in the UK or USA. You must have the legal right to work in the UK or USA (whichever you are based in). Occasional travel including international, may be required. The salary for this role is £38k-£45k depending on experience.
What you’ll be working on:
- In partnership with Marketing Director, plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across channels including webinars, paid media, content syndication, and email.
 - Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROI), and report results to Marketing and Sales leadership.
 - Test and iterate campaigns (A/B testing, creative optimisation) to improve performance, including lead quality.
 - Working in partnership with Content Marketing Manager, create and maintain collateral (flyers, one-pagers, decks) to support outbound sales activity, particularly for the US sales team.
 - Develop and refine sales messaging templates and email outreach sequences.
 - Support sales automation and workflows within HubSpot to streamline prospecting and follow-up.
 - Collaborate with Sales to ensure leads are nurtured through the funnel and handover is smooth.
 - Build and manage email nurture campaigns and automated journeys in HubSpot.
 - Maintain clean, accurate lead data and ensure reports support decision-making.
 - Manage OxEd’s presence at industry events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
 - Work with reseller partners to ensure they are supported with the right sales enablement and co-marketing materials.
 - Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to develop assets (landing pages, blogs, social content) that support campaigns.
 - Work closely with the Marketing Director to align campaign activity with wider marketing strategy.

You might like this role if you:
- Have experience in marketing campaign management or demand generation for an education, edtech, or publishing company. Experience with the US or other international markets would be a plus.
 - Have hands-on experience with campaign channels (paid, webinars, email, events)
 - Are proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platform
 - Have strong analytical skills and are able to report on KPIs
 - Have a test and learn mindset and can translate insights into action through consistent iterative improvements
 - Can be adaptable, work with changing priorities and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
