Are you an experienced Administration or Customer Services Manager? Do you have a grounding in delegate management or training delivery? We are looking for a skilled team leader to join the Training & Events department.

 

The Training Events Administration Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Event Coordinators to ensure the successful delivery and administration of our comprehensive Continued Professional Development (CPD) training programme. They will be responsible for allocating relevant support for each event and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. A key focus of this role will be to standardise the delivery of high-quality customer services for internal and external clients. The role would suit candidates with previous delegate management experience as well as those with customer service or senior administration experience.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various training venues, remote working and up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
