Education software specialist Crick Software has announced that it will be sponsoring another exciting technology-focussed CPD session aimed at primary SENCos during the autumn term.

Entitled ‘Technology for the Inclusive Classroom’, this whole-day event will enable SENCos to pick up valuable hints and tips on using technology to level the playing field and create a truly inclusive learning experience for all. The day will also give attendees the opportunity to network and share ideas with other SENCos in the area.

The day will consist of talks from passionate education speakers including School Improvement Advisor Carol Allen, who will be delivering a ‘literacy unplugged’ themed session, and primary school teacher Dave Presky, who will be sharing his school’s inspiring Achievement for All technology case study. In addition, there will be a new session led by Specialist Teacher and Assessor Jules Daulby, who will explore effective ways to use tablets to support literacy and numeracy development.

Crick Software founders John and Ann Crick will also be speaking about using technology across the curriculum to address a wide range of learning needs, with reference to their highly acclaimed literacy support tool Clicker, winner of seven Bett SEN Awards.

The event will be taking place on the 19th of November at the Hilton London EustonNovotel Manchester Centre .  Lunch and refreshments will be provided.  Places are limited and priced at just £89 per delegate – delegates who book places before 23rd October will get an early bird discounted rate of £79.

For further information and details of how to book a place, please contact Crick Software on 01604 671691, email CPD@cricksoft.com or visit the Crick Software website.
