Register for a live roundtable with the support of the European EdTech Alliance and accessibility experts from across Europe.

The European Accessibility Act (EAA), coming into effect on June 28, 2025, marks a transformative milestone for the digital learning landscape across Europe. While it presents new legal and technical requirements, it also opens the door to inclusive innovation where accessibility becomes a foundation for better learning experiences for all.

From publishers and LMS providers to assessment platforms and content creators, many in the EdTech community are asking:

  • Does the legislation apply to all educational institutions?
  • Will we need to overhaul our platforms, interfaces, and course content?
  • How do we ensure our tools are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those with disabilities?
  • Where does our responsibility begin and how can we turn compliance into a competitive advantage?

With so much at stake, it’s time to bring voices together. This roundtable, convened by ReadSpeaker and moderated by the European EdTech Alliance, aims to raise awareness, foster dialogue, and provide practical guidance on achieving compliance while leveraging accessibility as a driver of innovation and inclusion in digital learning.
