Join Ark for an evening panel discussion on Wednesday 21 May (6:00–7:30pm) at EdCity, exploring how the upcoming government spending review could shape the future of education.

With budgets under pressure and competing national priorities, what choices will policymakers make, and what impact will these have on schools, teachers and young people?

Hosted by 1EdCity, this event brings together expert panellists including Helen Barnard (Trussell), Natalie Perera (Education Policy Institute) and Luke Sibieta (Institute for Fiscal Studies), chaired by Sam Freedman (Ark). They will examine the political and economic levers available, potential trade-offs, and how education will fare in the broader public spending landscape.

This is a valuable opportunity to gain insight from leading thinkers on education policy and funding, and to connect with others working across the sector. In-person attendees will also have the chance to network over refreshments in this exciting new education-focused space.
