Cambridge Worldwide Academy and SYCAD Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance Artificial Intelligence in Senegal

Cambridge Worldwide Academy, a multi-award-winning exporter of British education and a global provider of sustainable education services, today announced a strategic partnership with SYCAD to advance the development and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across Senegal.
The collaboration will focus on designing and delivering innovative AI programmes tailored to the needs of the education sector, businesses, and civil service institutions in Senegal. By combining their respective expertise, the two organisations aim to provide practical, locally relevant solutions that support digital transformation and capacity building.
Cambridge Worldwide Academy, a pioneer in implementing British education programmes and establishing over 300 education institutions in 62 countries, is contributing its expertise in international certification, curriculum design and training development. SYCAD is deploying its strengths in engineering and technology systems to jointly create cost-effective AI solutions aligned with Senegals cultural and economic context.

Since 2019, we have worked in partnership with higher education institutions in Dakar to deliver English language, leadership, management programmes and dual certificates. This is another collaboration that reflects our vision of broadening educational opportunities globally.
The partnership is expected to empower a wide range of stakeholders ”including students, educators, business professionals, civil servants, and the general public ”to enhance learning, teaching, management, and governance through the effective use of AI tools.
The partners plan to launch their co-developed programmes this April, offering both in-person and online delivery formats. Additional training solutions and innovative digital platforms are scheduled for roll out in September 2026.
