FreeFree Online Forums: peer learning with regional breakout rooms
Twice a year we host an online forum for UK EdTech founders and business leaders. These sessions are facilitated but lightweight, designed to surface real challenges, share what’s working, and build stronger regional connections, without the cost and time of travel.
What you’ll leave with:
We want every participant to leave feeling clearer on current challenges, encouraged by what others are achieving, and supported by new peer connections.
Shared perspective: A clearer sense of the common challenges EdTech businesses are facing.
What’s working now: Practical tactics, messages, and approaches that peers are finding effective.
Peer insight: Direct input and ideas from fellow founders and leaders through regional breakout discussions.
Regional connection: Stronger relationships with EdTech peers in your area, supporting ongoing collaboration.
Who is the forum for:
This session is designed for UK EdTech founders and senior leaders who value honest peer discussion, shared learning, and regional connection.
- Founders, co‑founders, and managing directors of UK EdTech companies
- Senior leaders involved in strategy, growth, or product direction
- EdTech businesses navigating similar market, policy, or operational challenges
- Leaders who want to connect with peers in their region
- Those looking for practical insight rather than presentations or sales pitches
If you want more clarity before taking your next step into navigating current EdTech challenges with peer input, this forum is for you.

EdTech Exchange
Welcome to EdTech Exchange, a vibrant community of EdTech founders and others working in the education sector.
This community houses a wealth of talent and original thinkers from the UK and overseas, with opportunities to meet in person and online, explore and potentially create new opportunities and ways of growing, discuss current challenges, work out the solutions and learn from each other, and sometimes, to simply catch up and wind down with old friends and new.
Our year-round programme supports EdTech founders and business leaders with high-quality insight, peer learning, and practical tools, delivered through a streamlined mix of digital content, online forums, a flagship in-person event, and outcome-focused workshops. It’s designed to keep leaders ahead of fast-moving change (AI, policy, curriculum and market shifts) and built around real founder needs.
Members of the EdTech Exchange community get:
- Online Insight Publication: concise, founder-relevant briefings (AI, policy and what it means for growth)
- Twice Yearly Online Forums (free): peer discussion + regional breakout rooms (first forum 16 July 2026)
- Flagship in-person event: hosted at London EdTech Week
- Practical Online Workshops: practical and out-come based activities for Edtech Founders (first workshop 8 October 2026)
