NetSupport: Attend the free KCSIE 2026 Conference

Safeguarding is too important to leave to chance. With ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ 2026 now published, schools and trusts face a number of challenges, from understanding what’s new in the guidance to interpreting what the changes mean in practice and implementing them consistently across the organisation.

Hosted by NetSupport, the ‘KCSIE Conference 2026: Safeguarding in Practice’ is a free one-day event bringing together Designated Safeguarding Leads, school leaders and safeguarding professionals to explore what the latest Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance means in practice and gives attendees the opportunity to hear expert perspectives and leave with practical ideas they can apply in their own settings.

The speaker line-up includes; the Internet Watch Foundation, SWGfL (founding partner of the UK Safer Internet Centre), Alan Mackenzie, Creative Education Trust, Nova Education Trust and The King’s (The Cathedral) School, Al Kingsley MBE and Mark Anderson. The conference will feature sessions on the growing role of AI in safeguarding, KCSIE compliance, lived safeguarding experiences and practical strategies for supporting children in today’s digital world.

Throughout the day, delegates will also have the opportunity to meet the CPOMS team in the exhibition area, build a network of support, and take part in practical sessions designed to help schools and trusts prepare for the year ahead. Lunch and refreshments are included, and attendance is free, although places are limited.
