Nautilus has revolutionised our staff-monitoring system and has been instrumental in trying to change the culture of observation to one of peer support and celebration of strength through photographs and commendations. I love that the team are continually developing the software and adding new innovations – their K-Base report is brilliant for inspections and governors.

We are now looking to explore their appraisal 360 section in order to streamline our process and make our appraisal system more collegiate and supportive, whilst still ensuring room for development of staff. I love how everything can be personalised and adapted to suit your particular school and they cater for the independent sector, as well as the state sector. I have recommended it to lots of schools as I think it is genuinely brilliant.
