BESA Stand – Visitor Information Point
As the main visitor information point at Bett, we engage with hundreds of attendees every day, providing guidance and support. These conversations give us the opportunity to direct visitors to BESA member stands and showcase the value and impact of the Association.
We encourage visitors to look out for the BESA logo as they explore the exhibition – a trusted kitemark of quality. Where appropriate, we also collect leads and will share these with members in the week following Bett.
Our stand will feature brochures explaining BESA’s role and why the logo represents excellence. In addition, we’ll have a dedicated brochure for schools, listing all exhibiting BESA members and their stand numbers.
Utilising the BESA Stand
A number of tables on the BESA stand will be available for members to use for meetings during the event. This provides a convenient base if you are not exhibiting, or if you would like to step away from your own stand for a conversation.
- Tables are available on a first come, first served basis and may be used for up to one hour.
- You may be asked to vacate a table after this time to allow other members to use the space.
- Please keep all personal belongings with you, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged.
We also ask that all paperwork and rubbish is cleared away once you have finished using a table, and that food and drink is taken in the café areas on the main concourse rather than on the stand.

BESA Stand Presentation Zone
We’re thrilled to share that BESA’s Presentation Zone will be back at Bett UK 2027!
The 2026 programme brought together a wide range of topics, from AI in education and safeguarding to literacy, wellbeing, and sustainability. Sessions such as ‘How to select the right EdTech for impact?’ by NetSupport, ‘Re-imagine Reading with AI: Traditional and Future Ready Literacy Skills’ by Pickatale, and ‘AI for Good: Bringing Responsible AI to Classrooms’ by Twin Science, will reflect the sector’s drive for evidence-based, innovative solutions.

International Delegations
BESA is working in close partnership with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and Hyve to connect overseas delegations with relevant BESA members at BETT.
We also expect several UK Ministers and senior officials to visit BETT during the week, and we will make every effort to introduce them to BESA members where possible.
If you are attending BETT and would look out for BESA’s annual drinks reception on the Thursday, at the BESA stand.
Member Promotion
In addition to directing visitors at the show, we will be using social media throughout Bett, sharing and reposting content from exhibiting members and posting updates from sessions we attend during the event. Do follow us on LinkedIn and X to stay up to date with our activity.
Members are also welcome to leave brochures and promotional material at the BESA stand to help us direct visitors to your stand.
