Aditya Gupta, CEO, India Didactic Association

Aditya Gupta is the CEO of the India Didactics Association (IDA), a premier national body unifying stakeholders across the education and skills sector. With over 25 years of expertise, Aditya was instrumental in establishing IDA as a globally recognised trade association. A frequent representative on international delegations, he serves on advisory panels for global councils and works closely with countries like the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Finland and Australia on cross-developmental initiatives. His leadership has earned him prestigious accolades, including the Mahatma Gandhi Leadership Award at the House of Commons and the Global Ambassador of Education title from Didacta, Germany. Aditya founded Didac India, Asia’s largest education resources event, and the Asian Summit on Education & Skills (ASES), a high-level forum for regional ministers, Asian chapter of the EWF, London. He collaborates extensively with India’s Ministry of Education on policy discussions and serves on several institutional boards. Beyond his professional role, Aditya is a third-generation entrepreneur managing family interests in real estate and chemicals. He is also a dedicated philanthropist, supporting rural education, girl child empowerment, special needs communities and public health initiatives. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Management, specialising in Marketing and Finance.
