Free for BESA Members, £50 for Non-MembersThis session is packed with insights, practical advice, and tips about getting coverage, and why you might need it to be able to sell to schools.
We’ll look at what journalists really want, how to approach them so you get noticed, and how to get the most from hard‑won coverage. We’ll also cover how to secure different types of coverage, from national print to podcasts to local radio. The session will also consider why coverage still matters in an AI‑enabled world.
Led by Anna Pedroza, who has more than 20 years’ experience in education PR and comms, this session will draw on real examples, current practice, and lessons learned through two decades of working with education organisations.
