2Simple is encouraging schools to explore the support available to help them build confidence, understanding, and safe practice around the use of artificial intelligence in education.

This comes following AI Awareness Day on Thursday 4 June 2026, a nationwide initiative encouraging schools to explore AI through simple, accessible activities and build AI literacy across the education community.

2Simple provides a range of support to help schools at different stages of their AI journey. This includes its free AI Pack for schools, which provides a practical starting point with ready-to-use materials, including guidance for staff, policy templates, acceptable use agreements, and risk assessments.

Beyond this, schools using the Purple Mash platform have access to additional guidance, tools, and resources as part of their subscription, supporting a more integrated approach to AI within everyday teaching and learning.

2Simple has also recently updated its AI add-on for Purple Mash, giving teachers practical ways to use AI in the classroom. From generating curriculum-aligned quizzes to creating differentiated resources, all while maintaining a safe, teacher-controlled environment.

With AI playing an increasingly important role in education, the focus for many schools is not just on what AI can do, but how it can be used safely, effectively, and with confidence. By combining guidance, practical resources, and classroom tools, 2Simple aims to support schools in taking a balanced and informed approach.
