Staff at Texthelp Ltd, Antrim based leading literacy software providers, are eager to get to the world’s largest technology and learning event, BETT 2014, which is taking place in the London Excel, 22nd-25th January 2014.

Texthelp will be exhibiting on stand SN100, where the company’s Education team will be demonstrating their award-winning literacy support software, Read&Write Gold, a unique toolbar which changes students’ lives through a number of powerful reading, writing, studying and research features (available for PC and Mac).  Read&Write Gold makes a huge difference to the confidence and independence of students with dyslexia as well as those with English as a second language.  Texthelp’s Read&Write Gold software is now also being used as a computer reader by a number of secondary schools in England for GCSE and A-level examinations.

BETT visitors will get the chance to play with Texthelp’s iPad App, iReadWrite, and Read&Write for Google, both of which contain many of the popular features of Read&Write Gold and make text accessible within the iPad and in Google Docs, when using the Chrome browser.

On-stand Giveaways and Competition

Those visiting the Texthelp stand will have the chance to get their hands on a set of Texthelp headphones and enter a quiz to win an iPad mini!  The highest quiz scorers will receive their iPad mini at 4pm on the Texthelp stand, SN100, on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of BETT.

Rewarding Excellence

Texthelp are also thrilled to have been shortlisted in the prestigious BETT Awards 2014, as a finalist in the category ‘ICT Exporter of the Year’ and are looking forward to the winners being announced, at the awards ceremony at the Brewery in London, on 22nd January 2014.
