Findel Education Resources is delighted to have come out as the winners in the ‘Best Improvement Strategy’ category of the prestigious European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards, held on London’s Park Lane on October 2nd 2013 and hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr. The category’s other finalists included well-known names Barclays and Virgin Media.
Findel Education Resources’ ‘easy to do business with’ mission was recognised by the judges who praised their hard work in improving customer service over the last two years, commenting that they were “impressed with their open and honest approach to issues and when difficult decisions needed to be made, they were swift and tough.”
Managing Director Tony Hillyer praised the entire national team, saying “We’re delighted to win this prestigious award. It is recognition of the great work that everyone in our business has done to put the customer at the centre of everything we do. Findel Education Resources is now clearly the leader in the field.”
The numerous improvements they have made include offering customers Free Next Day Delivery, a Price Match Promise and Hassle Free Returns – and as finalists in three other major customer service awards announced later this month, they are not stopping there either, determined to continually listen to their customers and provide Best in Class customer service.
