We’re extremely proud to announce we have been shortlisted in the UK Customer Experience Awards in the Business Change & Transformation category.

The UK Customer Experience Awards recognise organisations that offer outstanding customer experience and those that lead the way in this area.

A few weeks ago we submitted our entry, titled ‘Giving the customer what they want’, which documented our customer experience improvement story. Our entry highlighted how far we have come over the last two years and just how remarkable our change has been, both culturally and operationally. We also told them how our customers are telling us daily that we are leading the way for customer service in our market.

By short listing our business, the award judges have recognised the hard work and dedication of the team within Findel Education and all of our supporting partners who are working with us in our pursuit for ‘Best in Class Customer Service’ for our customers.

We will present our story to the board of judges on 17th October 2013, after which the winners will be announced.
