PRESS RELEASE

Organised by BESA and Brilliant Marketing Solutions, the awards seek to highlight excellent products that make a real difference to teaching and learning, and are judged by an independent panel of education experts.

Crick’s popular Early Years series, Clicker Tales, has been shortlisted for the Best Early Years Resource or Equipment – involving ICT award. In addition, they are in the running for Best Primary Resource or Equipment – involving ICT with their innovative language learning series, Clicker MFL: French, and a contender for Best Special Educational Resource or Equipment – involving ICT, thanks to their powerful online writing support tool, WriteOnline.

The company itself has also been selected as a finalist in the Education Exporter of the Year category, an award presented to a supplier that demonstrates an outstanding record of export success in products or services to the education market.

We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted in so many categories by an awards committee dedicated to finding the most outstanding educational resources available to schools today” says Crick Software CEO, John Crick. “Everyone at Crick works incredibly hard to create resources that will engage, support and inspire children of all abilities; it is fantastic to have all their hard work recognised in this manner.”

The winners will be announced at the annual ERA gala event on Friday 18 March.
