Following the success of last year’s Presentation Zone on the BESA stand at Bett UK, we’re once again offering members the chance to engage directly with delegates through short, high-impact presentations.

We’re inviting proposals for 15-minute thought leadership sessions that showcase your expertise and spark meaningful conversations with the Bett audience.

There are 18 presentation slots available, and we encourage you to submit a detailed application to maximise your chances. You’re welcome to submit more than one proposal. While applications are open to those who applied last year, priority will be given to members who haven’t yet had the chance to present. We received over 80 applications last year, so we do encourage you to take your time and provide plenty of detail when submitting your application.

Selection Process:
Proposals will be reviewed by BESA’s secretariat, and prospective presenters will be notified of their acceptance by EOD Monday, 13 October 2025. Presentations will be scheduled throughout the three-day event, and once selected we will make every effort to accommodate presenters’ preferred time slot.  NB. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications.

Date: 22-24 January 2025
Location: Bett UK, ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL
