KI Europe announces its presence at Clerkenwell Design Week with a dynamic programme that showcases its latest innovations in workplace furniture, ergonomics and sustainable design. As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high-performance workplace solutions, KI will present new product launches, expert insights and a series of thought-provoking panels that underline its commitment to creating adaptable, future focused environments for modern organisations.
The talks programme opens on Tuesday 19 May from 16:30 to 19:00 with a panel led by Harsha Kotak, Founder of Women in Office Design . The session will explore how neuroinclusion and neuroaesthetics can be embedded into the built environment to create spaces that reduce sensory overload and support human wellbeing. Joining Harsha Kotak as Chair, will be Megan Dobstaff, Principal Design Director at Gensler; Gurvinder Khurana, Director at M Moser Associates; Zoe Yakubu-Sam, Workplace Strategist at M Moser Associates and Rosie Holmes, Group ESG Lead at Cast Group.
Together, they will examine how designers can respond to the fact that humans process only a fraction of the “11 million bits of sensory information every second” within their surroundings, and how thoughtful design can better accommodate diverse cognitive needs.
On Wednesday 20 May, foresight and trend intelligence specialists Scarlet Opus will host two sessions dedicated to understanding the forces shaping the future of design. From 11:00 to 12:00, Phil Pond, Client Business Strategist, will outline the methodologies used to identify emerging macro trends and explain how organisations can apply these insights strategically. Later in the afternoon, from 14:00 to 15:00, Victoria Redshaw, will present the key interior design trends projected for 2027, offering visitors a forward looking perspective they can take back to their businesses to remain ahead of the curve.
The week concludes on Thursday 21 May from 15:00 to 16:00 with a panel titled ‘What Happened to Cool Britannia?’, featuring Grant Gibson, Cofounder of Material Matters, alongside Alex Crofts of Crofts & Assinder, Craig Jones of Jones & Partners , Lee Roberts, Vice President and Principal at Zebra, and Suzanne Duckett, Editor at Onolla. This discussion will examine how the UK is currently representing itself on the global creative stage, considering the interplay between fashion, design and art, and reflecting on how national identity is communicated through contemporary creative output.
Throughout the week, KI’s Clerkenwell showroom will feature multiple new products, including the new Arkus Workwall, and two soft seating products from Bejot.
Arkus Workwall is a simple, versatile and economical modular wall framework system designed to transform any space. Highly customisable with interchangeable panels, shelving, storage and accessories, the Workwall integrates with the Arkus MFC storage collection and desking systems such as Work2.1 sit-stand, allowing spaces to be reconfigured easily as teams, technology and layouts change.
Bejot’s Linje embodies sustainable, future ready thinking through its modularity, enabling spaces to evolve without the need to replace entire seating assemblies, thereby extending product lifespan and reducing material waste. Epocc_lounge offers exceptional comfort through its wide, deep seats and ergonomically angled backrest, making it suitable for classic, contemporary and public environments alike. Visitors can also explore KI’s wider product portfolio displayed throughout the showroom, along with the new samples board showcasing polypropylene, metal and MFC worktop finishes to inspire product specifications.
KI invites visitors to join them this May at Clerkenwell Design Week 2026 to immerse themselves in insightful discussions, discover new ergonomic furniture solutions and connect with the KI team and fellow industry professionals.
