Course description

• Examine evidence-informed models of excellent practice and consider how they can be incorporated into your current lessons and schemes of work.
• Advice to embed words, ideas, and concepts.
• The fail-safe lesson template.
• Debunk common myths that seriously hinder teaching and learning.
• Three ‘golden questions’ to ask of your teaching.

Outcome:

By the end of the day, staff will leave with a clear set of practical strategies and approaches that promote accessibility, challenge and engagement – ensuring that all students are not only participating but thinking hard and learning deeply.
