For over 18 years, Flourish has partnered with schools, MATs and Local Authorities to advance trauma-informed and relational practice across education. Our training strengthens inclusivity, builds consistency and delivers measurable improvements for vulnerable pupils. Through Click Learning, our award-winning eLearning platform, we help schools streamline staff training, save time and support professional development at scale. Through Click Academy, our expert-led webinars and face-to-face programmes provide practical, evidence-informed training that supports inclusion, attendance, behaviour and everyday practice across the school community. We work alongside education settings to help embed sustainable whole-school approaches that improve staff confidence, strengthen relationships and create environments where children and young people can thrive.
