Real Group provides high-quality specialist inclusion training and qualifications to education professionals all over the world.

We strive to deliver best practice in SEND so that every child can achieve their potential. Our online qualifications are recognised, accredited and supportively delivered by experienced professionals on our innovative learning platform, through which we create a community of learning, which facilitates networking and peer learning opportunities.

Our comprehensive professional development programmes are delivered through 3 main brands:

• Real Training: Led by Educational Psychologists, we offer postgraduate qualifications—including Postgraduate Certificates, Diplomas, and Masters degrees awarded and quality assured by Middlesex University. Courses focus on educational assessment administration, gaining access arrangements assessor status, and building specialist knowledge for SENCO and support assistant roles in areas like autism, mental health, and leadership.
• ESF Apprenticeships: An Ofsted-Outstanding Provider. We offer a wide range of school-based, either fully funded or low-cost, apprenticeships*. These are designed for teaching assistants, SENCOs, and teachers to train in SEND, PE, health and well-being, and Early Years, with access to experienced tutors and SEND experts through Real Group.
• Dyslexia Action: Qualifications build expertise and confidence to support students with literacy difficulties, dyslexia, and other specific learning difficulties. We provide routes to become a Specialist SpLD Teacher/Practitioner and Assessor. We also deliver accredited CPD Units, Awards and Certificates and postgraduate awards, including the MEd in Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy.
