Free for BESA Members, £50 for Non-MembersThis session is packed with insights, practical advice, and tips about getting coverage, and why you might need it to be able to sell to schools.
This practical webinar explores how public relations can support credibility, visibility, and sales in the education market. Focusing on what works in practice, the session looks at how journalists think, how to approach them effectively, and how to make the most of coverage once you have it. Drawing on real examples and current practice, it also considers why PR still matters in an increasingly AI‑enabled media landscape.
What you’ll leave with:
We want members to leave with practical understanding, clearer direction, and greater confidence when approaching PR activity.
Media insight: A clearer understanding of what journalists are looking for and how to pitch stories that get noticed.
Practical approaches: Guidance on how to secure different types of coverage, from national press to podcasts and local radio.
Making coverage work harder: Insight into how to maximise the value of media coverage once it’s secured.
Modern relevance: An understanding of why PR still matters and how it fits within an AI‑enabled communications landscape.
