Speakers
Kath Moulds, Deputy Director for Digital Strategy for Education, Department of Education
Kath Moulds is Deputy Director for Digital Strategy for Education at the Department for Education, leading work to support the safe and effective use of technology and AI across schools and colleges. Originally trained as a teacher, Kath taught French and Spanish in secondary schools in North London and overseas in France and Malawi, later becoming Head of Languages. She joined the DfE 16 years ago and has since held a variety of policy and stakeholder engagement roles, including leading work to reduce excessive teacher workload. Kath has also served as a co-chair of governors at a primary school in Haringey and, outside work, enjoys singing in a choir and spending time with her two children.
