In this session, BESA Director Patrick Hayes will draw upon his decade of experience working at the Times Educational Supplement (Tes) to give a seminar on the UK education market.

In this session, BESA Director Patrick Hayes will give a primer on the key structures of the English school system, the national curriculum, assessment and accountability within schools – alongside emerging trends, such as the increase in Multi Academy Trusts. The workshop also aims to give participants a good working knowledge of key government departments and agencies. 

This seminar is aimed at the staff of BESA member companies and BESA Launchpad subscribers with less than two years’ experience operating in the education market.
