Romy has held Sales Management positions in National and Global companies. He has a reputation as an industry leader in recruiting and training sales people. He has worked with a number of companies in the education space transforming the sales performance of sales people including TES (Times Educational Supplement) and Guardian Media Group.

With over 25 years’ sales experience Gareth is an experienced professional in the education space. As the previous Commercial Director of the TES (Times Educational Supplement) Gareth created and built a sales team which grew revenues by over £100m. Gareth is particularly gifted in developing sales strategies, sales training and building sales management teams and developing them.
