Richard Connor will review the latest data and analysis from the recent BESA survey of over 900 head teachers. This annual review of the market sets recent and anticipated changes in funding into the context of resource spending.

The seminar will be split into two sessions. The first session running from 11.00 to 11-45 will review head teachers opinions on resourcing, their priorities and spending focus moving forward as policy and funding changes.

The second session from 12.00 to 13.00 will look at the numbers. How much funding will schools likely have over the coming year and which resource groups are likely to be impacted. Richard, will also look at changes in spending over time and how this helps us better understand future spending as funding constraints continue.

At past events covering these topics, it has proved effective to engage in discussion, so that experiences and market concerns can be expressed and shared within a small group to the benefit of all. A light sandwich lunch will be provided.
