This webinar hosted by Jo Marshall, VP for the Institute of Customer Service and Executive Director of YPO, aims to help members understand the value of the customer experience, particularly in the current climate.

 

This session will focus on how to adapt the customer experience, alongside providing strong leadership internally.  It will look at how organisations can continue to provide excellent service during and post Covid-19 lockdown . Jo will also be looking at how organisations can still meet and exceed customer expectations, and how businesses can continue to interact meaningfully with customers now and in the future.
