Sound Training, the award-winning education company, is expanding its Account Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful team managing the customer accounts and sales of the Lexonik brand of unique literacy interventions and professional development programmes.
We are looking for applicants with account management and consultative sales experience with strong communication and organisational skills.
You would be supporting the growth and development of Lexonik through the provision of excellent customer relations, generation of sales and record keeping.
This role is part time and flexible working can be discussed, such as term time only. Full training is provided including getting to know our Lexonik programmes inside out. Opportunity to increase income and responsibilities in future.
- developing and maintaining customer relationships
- generating, converting and maximising opportunities to sell and upsell
- determining customers’ needs and offering solutions
- managing allocated leads, enquiries and sales
