Business Development Specialist

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us reach out to potential customers and grow revenue.

What would be your responsibilities

Reaching out and Interacting with Multi Academy Trust leads, demonstrating the value Edurio can deliver for them and closing deals.

Participating in product strategy and pricing planning meetings.

Systematically tracking your progress towards individual and team key results.

Contributing to Edurio sales process improvement and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

A deep understanding of the UK education sector and experience working with multi academy trusts

Good understanding of business development and track record in achieving ambitious objectives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to challenge the team to ensure we are delivering the most long term value to the customer

Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the success of Edurio quickly.

Gross salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + company share options.
