We’re looking for a talented, tenacious and creative Copywriter who will be proactive, passionate and
commercially-minded whilst writing across multiple channels and multiple brands.
This pivotal role will bring the Findel brands to life, delivering creative ideas to meet tactical campaign briefs
at the same time as ensuring our different tones of voice are delivered consistently at every customer and
colleague touchpoint.

As an experienced copywriter, you’ll of course have a way with words, but you’ll also need to collaborate
closely with teams of buyers, analysts, digital marketeers, managers and human resources. You’ll also need
the skills to evaluate your outputs and demonstrate how they positively impact our growth metrics and our
customer and colleague NPS. The role comes with a genuine opportunity to shape our content strategy, with
further team expansion on the horizon.

Your Role:
This role is responsible for developing and delivering a consistent, measurable, strategic and creative internal
and external communication and engagement plan for the external audience (marketplace) and key
internal audience groups. This should introduce new creative approaches and an engaging TOV that will
make Findel’s communications a sector leader and a point of difference.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, some of the responsibilities of this great opportunity are
 Lead and deliver on all aspects of brand copy in line with tone of voice / brand guidelines – focussing
primarily across Findel, Hope & GLS brands via PR / media, campaign, social and onsite channels
 Working with the marketing team, deliver creative ideas and concepts that fit the tactical campaign
requirements, captivating core customer audiences across Hope & GLS brands
 Stay close to the different customer groups to understand what motivates them – adjusting copy and
language accordingly
 Build on the new brand tone of voice and infuse the brand values into all copy to excite, educate,
and engage the marketplace
 Monitor the effectiveness of copy across various platforms using tools like Google Analytics
 Collaborative working across key business functions, HR, Customer Experience, Creative, Marketing &
Digital to deliver a succinct brand engagement plan – you’ll play a key role in finessing core messages
and understanding target audiences to help our brands grow both internally and externally
 Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Findel TOV and the employer/colleague brand
and values across all internal communications
 Oversee our Employer Brand proposition working collaboratively with HR and other key stakeholders.

About You:
We’re ideally looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
 Degree level in marketing, English, journalism, or related field
 Relevant experience 4 years+ as a copywriter
 Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
 Demonstrate passion for the customer
 Great communicator, confident in building strong relationships with stakeholder
 Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
 Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
 Driven, with the ability to work under own initiative
 Education related industry knowledge and experience beneficial
