Salary: Band 3: £19,000 p.a dependent upon experience

The Digital Marketing Assistant will join our Marketing and Events team to provide digital and content marketing support to promote Herts for Learning and demonstrate the impact of our products and services.

Reporting into the Content Marketing Manager, you will provide day-to-day management of HfL’s corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram), creating and scheduling posts to drive brand engagement and use digital analytics to track impact and drive improvements in our future social media approach.

Also responsible for email marketing, the Digital Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Campus, and identify and exploit opportunities to build bulk mailing lists across all social media and digital channels.

The role requires the post holder to be fully conversant with managing social media channels and proven experience of driving engagement across multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  The post holder must have a proactive attitude, excellent written and verbal skills, plus familiarity with using Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro/After Effects.
