Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition – esp

ESP is looking for their next experienced consultant to start asap. Ideally, we are looking for someone with technology/ sales/operations / mis / finance / VLE or EdTech recruitment experience to join the team at ESP and take a leading role in expanding our existing client base in these areas. The desk is warm and would suit someone who can fulfil the 360 role, managing and enhancing existing relationships as well as expanding into new growth areas.

Primarily based in Woodford Green (Essex) offices, you will enjoy the support of a small friendly and well-established team and be responsible for recruiting primarily permanent staff into related education-focused business’ and plc’s. Previous recruitment/sales experience is essential although sector experience only advantageous.

This would be ideal for someone both looking to become a team leader/manager in time or someone who is happy to stay in a recruitment / senior recruitment consultant position.

Package includes flexible basic salary but ordinarily in the £25-30K region, 20% comms, healthcare, 20-25days hols, Christmas break off outside of hols, OTE bonus, override payments, regular team events, and potential for home working.

We could be interested in part-time working, give us a try and we’ll see if it works.
