Would you enjoy applying your knowledge and experience to make a difference to outcomes for children across Buckinghamshire and beyond?

If the answer is yes, why not join Bucks Education Partnership, an extension of Herts for Learning Ltd, where you can make a positive difference and further develop your career in Governance. Governance is a specialist team providing a fully traded service for the governing boards of Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.

In this role you will provide training, information, advice and support on a traded basis to governors and governing boards whilst maintaining and communicating a passion for school improvement, maximising opportunities for all and narrowing the achievement gap for vulnerable pupils.

We are seeking an aspirational individual to join the team as part of their career development journey. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the educational landscape and be able to build rapport with school leaders.

The team are working remotely and travel to schools and training venues in Buckinghamshire as necessary (in line with government guidelines). Therefore the ability to reach different locations by car will be essential. If you drive then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required.
