Salary

Band 3: FTE £18,400 - £23,820 p.a (Pro-Rated Salary Range: £9,957 - £12,890 p.a. inclusive of paid holiday entitlement. Salary dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent, part-time at 22.5  hours over 5 days per week, term time only plus 2 weeks during school holidays (40 weeks per year).

Location: Remote working with an opportunity to work up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire if desired.

If the answer is yes, why not come and join Herts for Learning Ltd where you will be an integral part of the Governance team focusing on the eLearning proposition.

 

In this role you will be the primary administrator for Modern Governor, a national Governor training business. Supporting new and existing customers with a range of queries from onboarding new customers, processing renewals for existing customers, to providing quotes and information about the service.

 

As part of the role, you will be administering customer payments, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also be involved with supporting to update training content, where appropriate, and promoting the service through social media channels.

 

The successful candidate must be pro-active with a keen eye for detail, self-led and focussed on delivering a high level of customer service, well organised and able to use own initiative. Full training of the specific platform will be provided.

 

The post holder will be required to work 22.5 hours over 5 days, ideally 10.00am – 2.30pm.  In addition, there is a requirement to work an additional 10 days which will be split over the Hertfordshire school holidays in accordance with the team needs.

 

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and, if desired, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.

 

This role would suit someone with experience or a strong understanding of school governance and an understanding of financial processing, this is desirable but not essential for the right candidate who is willing to learn.
