Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working, with flexibility required for occasional visits to Robertson House, Stevenage.

The internal HR team at Herts for Learning are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive colleague to provide support with all HR admin tasks, including recruitment, learning and development, and other internal HR processes.

In this role you will deliver an excellent service to our candidates, colleagues and external partners.  It will need you to be efficient, friendly, accurate and sensitive.  As the first point of contact, you will be an ambassador of the team and HfL so an approachable and confident attitude is essential; our customers need to know they are in safe hands, that you will do what you said you will and that the experience of getting in touch with us will be positive and productive.

 

The roles needs a proactive individual with a methodical approach and a meticulous eye for detail. Someone who will also live the company’s values, add to our culture and work collaboratively within a small and high functioning HR team. You will also be able to confidently use Microsoft Office software packages, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word, with a willingness to both learn and develop whilst supporting external and internal customers.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and, working up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, or more for interview days. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
