Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full-time at 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Band 3 – FTE £21,028 – £25,000 p.a
Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working and up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Are you an experienced Marketing Assistant with the proven ability to support, plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns and admin support? You’ll support two Marketing Managers, provide admin support and be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of marketing initiatives, campaigns and project-based activity. You’ll also have responsibility for some of your own projects and work closely with the content, design and digital teams.
We’re looking for a confident, organised individual with a proactive attitude, excellent written and verbal skills who is keen to take on a varied role.
In the Commercial Marketing department, we work with colleagues across the business. We create and implement bespoke on, and off-line local and national marketing campaigns focused on the needs of Hertfordshire schools and those across the UK.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to build on their existing marketing experience, further develop their admin and marketing skills, and to support on several exciting projects.
Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and, a minimum of 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Occasional working on-site across various schools and settings may be requested, therefore the ability to reach different locations by car on occasion will be required for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
