We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role within our International business and includes the full marketing mix.
This role calls for high energy and commitment and will be well-suited for someone who has a concrete understanding of an integrated marketing role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are key to this role. A fundamental part of the role is to be connected to the International Schools marketplace to manage and deliver inspirational campaigns that ensure the appropriate ROI and profitable demand generation.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, some of the responsibilities of this role include:
o Support and deliver business growth strategies; ensuring all marketing activities are fully aligned and focused on both customer & demand growth.
o Support the implementation and communication of the International marketing customer engagement plan across all marketing channels, and internally across the business.
o Manage the brand presence at smaller industry events and support the management of larger events.
o Work with the Business Insight team to analyse/target customers and suggest/implement recommendations to turn this data into commercially successful campaigns across all channels.
o Undertake post campaign analysis to ensure predefined targets are met and there is a clear plan for future growth.
o Collaborative working across key business functions, including Buying, Creative, Production & Digital, to deliver the International customer engagement plan.
o Keep up to date with market trends, using this information to inform decision-making and maximise opportunities.

About You
We’re ideally looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
o Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Business Studies
o 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing in-house team or agency
o Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
o An eye for creativity and attention to detail
o Great communicator, confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Events management experience (preferred)
o Experience of budget management and tracking
o Proficient user of MS Office
o Passport holder – occasional travel, potentially within Europe
