c.£59,000 – Negotiable based on appropriate skills and experience

Contract: Permanent at 37 hours per week

Location: Based in Stevenage with flexibility to travel to schools throughout Hertfordshire (travel allowance paid)

This is an exciting and inspiring senior leadership role which requires credible leadership experience along with a desire to drive creativity and innovation in Early Years provision and quality improvement. In this role you will work closely with head teachers and EYFS leaders across the sector, including a group of nursery schools as a Nursery School Hertfordshire Improvement Partner to provide support and challenge. You will also undertake line management responsibilities and work collaboratively with other senior leaders in the team.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for leading change and driving improvements to secure high quality Early Years provision. Holding successful experience in Early Years and school leadership across the sector for children aged 0-5, making operational and budgetary decisions and an interest in genuinely helping others make a difference for young children.

You will be self-motivated and flexible and be prepared to travel to schools throughout Hertfordshire and possibly to neighbouring counties (travel allowance paid). In return, you can expect excellent conditions of employment and exciting professional development opportunities.
