Contract: Permanent at 37 hours per week

Salary: £46,000 p.a. (pro-rata) based on appropriate skills and experience

Location: Based in Stevenage with flexibility to travel to schools throughout Hertfordshire (travel allowance paid)

This is busy and exciting role which requires commitment and professionalism, but gives flexibility to find a manageable work / life balance. As an adviser you are able to manage your own diary to plan support and training that meets the needs of our schools. In addition to this you will have time for professional research and opportunities for debate and discussion around current issues in early education.

We are seeking an individual with QTS, a passion for high quality early years practice, experience of leadership and an interest in genuinely helping others make a difference for young children.
